Order Cancellation Policy

 

Mavonexlir (hereinafter referred to as “we”) outlines the following cancellation terms to help ensure a clear and consistent order handling experience from placement to fulfillment.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement if they have not entered the shipping process.

Once the 48-hour window has passed, or if the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, the order may still be returned after delivery in accordance with the Return & Exchange Policy for refund processing.

2. How to Request Cancellation

(1) Contact us via email or phone and provide your order number along with payment details to submit a cancellation request.

(2) Once received, our support team will review the request and respond as soon as possible with the outcome. If approved, the refund arrangement will be initiated immediately.

3. Refund Handling

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, including American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and VISA.
