Mavonexlir (hereinafter referred to as “we”) aims to make every step after purchase as clear as possible. If the product you receive does not meet your expectations or issues are found during use, you may follow the instructions below for assistance.

For easier processing, eligible orders include a return label inside the package, which can be used directly when sending items back.

1 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Return or exchange requests can generally be submitted in the following situations:

  • The product arrives with visible exterior defects

  • Quality or functional issues are identified during inspection or use

  • The item received does not match the order

  • Noticeable odor issues or significant color differences affecting use

  • Return or exchange requests based on personal preference (where applicable)

2 Return Process

Please contact us via email or phone first, briefly describe the issue, and provide your order number, payment details, and supporting photos or videos if available.

Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions for sending the item back.

Please pack the product with all accessories and original packaging, and use the return label included in the package before shipping it back.

After the item is received, it will be inspected before further processing.

3 Exchange Process

The exchange process follows a similar procedure to returns.

After submitting your request and describing the issue, once approved, you will receive return instructions.

After the item is returned and confirmed, a replacement item will be arranged and shipped out.

4 Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and VISA.

Processing typically takes 3–5 business days, while actual arrival time may vary depending on the payment provider.

5 Shipping Costs

If the issue is caused by the product itself (such as damage, quality issues, or incorrect items), the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

If the return is due to personal reasons, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the sender.

6 Return Requirements

Please ensure the product and packaging remain in good condition and use the return label included in the package when sending it back.

Improper return handling may affect the processing time or outcome.
