Once your order is placed, it will move through our standard processing and delivery flow. The information below explains what you can expect from order placement to delivery.
1. Delivery Area and Shipping Fees
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders of $170 or more (including $170) qualify for free shipping. Orders below $170 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $6.99, which will be displayed at checkout.
2. Order Processing and Cut-Off Time
Our daily cut-off time is 17:00 (EST).
Orders placed before 17:00 will typically begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, including order verification and preparation for shipment.
3. Shipping Time and Carriers
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 7–9 business days.
Orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, or JB Hunt, depending on the specific shipment arrangement.
4. Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.
You can also track your order through the “Track My Order” page on our website by entering your email or phone number along with your order number.
5. Shipping Notes
(1) Damaged or Lost Items
If your package arrives damaged or is not delivered as expected, please contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant details for assistance.
(2) Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, shipping details cannot be modified and the order cannot be canceled.
(3) Shipping Address Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect delivery.
6. Delivery Inspection
When receiving your package, we recommend checking the condition of the outer packaging.
If there are any visible issues, please document them and contact us promptly. Once the package is accepted, it will be considered successfully delivered.
