In some cases, such as incorrect items, quality issues, or damage during delivery, the order may also directly enter the refund process depending on the situation.

2. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are not manually requested separately. Once the product condition is confirmed, the refund process will begin automatically.

After approval, the refund will be issued through the original payment method without additional action required.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment account.

Supported payment methods include American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and VISA.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation.

Actual arrival time may vary depending on the payment provider’s processing speed.

5. Shipping Cost Responsibility

If the refund is due to product-related issues such as damage, incorrect items, or quality problems, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

If the return is due to personal reasons, the return shipping cost will generally be borne by the sender.

6. Important Notes

Refunds are only processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If the condition of the item does not match the submitted request, the refund process may require further review or adjustment.
